Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, returns and exchanges for damaged goods are available for store credit only. 

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your return/exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at the nominated shipping location.

We only accept returns of items purchased from thehouseofdrew.com.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

 

Refunds for Damaged Goods

For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
